Free Automation Audit
Turn Your GoHighLevel Into a 24/7 Lead-Closing Machine
I'll review how leads move through your CRM today (GoHighLevel or anything else) and show you exactly where an AI voice/chat agent and a few automations would stop leads from slipping through the cracks. No pitch deck, just a working plan.
Experience
Three years inside GoHighLevel and Zapier
I have spent the last three years doing one thing: building automation systems inside GoHighLevel and connecting them to whatever else a business already runs on. Not marketing in general. Not websites. The plumbing that moves a lead from first contact to booked appointment to closed deal without anyone remembering to do it manually.
That work has covered restoration and home services, insurance, legal, medical aesthetics, coaching, flight training, lending, and property management. Complete CRM builds across those industries, plus audits and rescues of systems that other people started and left half finished.
What three years actually gets you
Most automation problems are not new. They are the same handful of failures repeating in different industries. A contact sitting in two sequences at once and getting contradictory messages. A booking tool that syncs one way and silently drops updates. An A2P registration rejected for a mismatch between the EIN and the business address, with no explanation of which document fixes it. A voice agent that cannot tell the difference between a failed transfer and a completed one.
I have hit all of those and know what the fix is before I start building. That is the difference between a system that works in a demo and one that still works in month six.
How I work
Every project starts with an audit, whether the account is empty or already has forty workflows in it. I map what exists, what is broken, and what you actually need, then send you that in writing before any building starts. You approve the scope, then I build it.
When something falls outside what we agreed, I flag it as a separate item with its own cost rather than quietly absorbing it or quietly billing for it later.
Start with a system audit
If you are not ready to commit to a full build, start with an audit. I go through your account, document what is working, what is broken, and what is missing, and send you a written report with a prioritised roadmap. You own that document whether you hire me for the build or not.
Book Your AuditWhere I Focus
Mostly GoHighLevel, but I'm Not Locked to It
Most of my build time lives inside GoHighLevel because it's what most service businesses already run on. If you're on something else, or nothing yet, that's fine too.
GoHighLevel Setup & Automation
Funnels, pipelines, and workflows built and tuned inside GHL so leads move themselves from first contact to booked appointment.
Voice & Chat AI Agents
An AI receptionist that answers every call and a chat agent that replies on your site, SMS, or WhatsApp, both wired straight into your calendar.
Other CRMs & Integrations
Already on HubSpot, Zoho, or something custom? I connect it with Zapier or Make so it talks to your calendar, payments, and messaging tools too.

Fill in the form above and grab a time slot that works for you. The whole thing takes under a minute.
Get Your Automation Blueprint
On the call, I map exactly where you're losing leads and what an automation or AI agent build would look like for your business.
Decide If It's a Fit
No pressure, no contracts on the call. If it makes sense to build it together, we talk next steps. If not, you still keep the blueprint.
Why Work With Me
Honest, Upfront, Direct Access
I keep client names off the site, so you won't find a wall of logos here. What you get instead is three years of hands-on GoHighLevel and automation work, and my full attention.
No account manager, no queue. You talk to the person actually building your automation.
I run lean, with no agency overhead to cover, so projects are priced accordingly.
Every workflow, funnel, and integration is built and tested by me, personally.
Most builds go live within days, since I'm not splitting attention across a large roster.
Questions
Before You Book
The stuff people usually want to know before getting on the call.
Do I need to already be using GoHighLevel?
No. Most of what I build lives inside GoHighLevel, but if you're on HubSpot, Zoho, something custom, or nothing at all yet, it's still worth a call. I'll tell you honestly whether GHL makes sense for you or whether your current setup is fine as-is.
What actually happens on the call?
I ask how a lead reaches you today and where it stalls out. By the end you'll have a rough map of what's worth automating first, whether or not you end up hiring me for it.
Is my information going anywhere weird?
It goes into a private spreadsheet I use to prep for the call. Nothing gets sold, shared, or added to a mailing list.
Do I have to sign anything on the call?
No. The call itself is free with zero pressure to commit. If it makes sense to work together, we talk pricing and scope afterward, on your terms.
I'm not techy at all. Will I actually understand this?
Yes. I explain things in plain language instead of platform jargon, and once it's built, you won't need to touch the backend yourself.
How fast could something actually go live?
Depends on scope, but a single workflow (a missed-call text-back or a booking automation, say) usually goes live within a few days of us agreeing on the plan.
"My GHL account is a mess, someone else set it up."
That is common and it is fine. Audits of half built accounts are a large part of what I do. Sometimes the fix is repairing what is there, sometimes it is rebuilding cleanly. I will tell you which one your account needs and why.
"I need SMS but the compliance side confuses me."
A2P 10DLC registration is part of the build, including handling rejections. Most rejections come from a small number of causes and each has a known resolution.
"I am in the US, you are not."
I work overlapping hours with US and Canadian business days and have done so for three years. Communication happens in writing so nothing depends on catching me live, and I keep a standing call slot for anything that needs a conversation.
Ready to see where you're losing leads?
The audit is free and takes 15 minutes. Worst case, you walk away with a clear list of what to fix yourself.
